NuNet is established solely with the purpose of organizing financing and management to launch the NuNet platform, expanding its operations and ensuring sustainable development of the ecosystem now and in the future. NuNet is basing its governance and management principles in line with the spirit and best available practices and expertise of the Web3 movement and technologies, in compliance with available and evolving international legislation.

Via the governance and management structure described herein, NuNet will manage technical development activities along the following roadmap, provide required funds and resources via ecosystem partnership and token distribution activities, bootstrap internal tokenomics of the framework and ensure its transition to sustainable decentralized operation.
