Job Description
We are actively expanding our team and looking for a person who is passionate about developing the new world of Web 3.0 and ready for developing the tokenomics models and the blockchain environment to achieve the goals of the young, ambitious, and highly skilled support team.
The focus will be on the successful implementation of the token design strategy, engineering of the network tokenomics blueprint and the model, overview, and consulting the technical team during implementation, following NuNet's long-term goals and vision.

As a Tokenomics Economist, your duties will include:
  • Gain and maintain a deep and thorough understanding of the concept of the global economy of decentralized computing in the context of NuNet framework and technical vision;
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of all stakeholders of the NuNet framework (see the relevant section of NuNet Whitepaper);
  • Create initial blueprints, designs, models (including mathematical), and computer simulations of the NuNet tokenomics and maintain these as needed throughout the lifecycle of the platform;
  • Define token economy parameters and use those parameters to create financial models and run simulations and sensitivity tests. Utilize the outcomes of the simulations to validate the model and propose improvements to the tokenomics structure and design initially and in the future;
  • Collaborate with the technical team (including, but not limited to product owner, tech lead, and blockchain lead) and legal and financial teams in turning the designs and models into functional requirements and technical specifications to be implemented onto the platform;
  • Define the strategy for maintaining and governing the global economy of decentralized computing of NuNet with an emphasis on the tokenomic/economic design of the NTX network tokenomics and its interaction with the external tokenomics throughout the lifecycle of the platform;
  • Furthermore:
    • Understand the governance model for the token and optimize the effective governance;
    • Monitor Token Economy Health;
    • Suggests improvements and redesigns of the tokenomics utilizing models and simulations and support the team in implementing them;
  • A degree, certification, good knowledge or proven track record and interest in economics with an emphasis on macroeconomics and monetary policy;
  • A degree, certification, and good knowledge of international monetary systems, finance, and foreign exchange regimes is a plus;
  • Knowledge and basic understanding of different economic and monetary systems governance paradigms;
  • Knowledge and a good understanding of blockchain technology, and different blockchains;
  • Working knowledge of writing and running computer simulations is a strong plus;
  • Knowledge and certification related to token engineering and token design is a strong plus;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights and recommendations in the aforementioned fields;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
