Project Management

At NuNet, we use the Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM), a methodology that emphasizes resource availability and task dependencies to ensure timely and efficient project completion. The technical dependencies graph use this color coding:

• Milestone - white with blue colour stroke

• Work Package - blue

• Todo / Draft - yellow

• In Progress - green

• On Hold - pink

• Done - white

• Critical Path and/or High Priority - box with red colour stroke
